Hi Guys,
Below is BUX over a 1 hour interval. As discussed previously I was anticipating a breakout of A-B-C retracement, which in my view has now finalised.
From an elliot wave perspective, we should be entering another strong impulse wave of buying which should see the share price trade higher.
I think Monday we should break through 0.51 resistance and settle at 0.57 (to remain positive on impulse wave- and ensure my analysis is correct). The reason 0.57- I did a fibonacci extension based on 0.47 as I thought this is where the strength of the last impulse wave ended.
I would be happy to hear from anyone else. As I am still learning.
Based on recent trading, the market is anticipating an annoucement (I am expecting positive).
Just to note the obvious- although the chart doesn't suggest it- if the annoucement is negative we'll see this easily back at 0.32 in short term, a risk with all speculative stocks.
Sorry to include some risk disclosure, but I have seen so many rampers on Hotcopper and I hope I am not turning into one.
Cheers and good luck to all.
