Even if it is a complete sale of the company - the execs are still there to sell the company, Noble only have an option on all of the output if it isn't taken up elsewhere. The closer they get to building it / production the more visible they need to be to the IO market as opposed to those buyers who might also solve the funding issues. Being at these events just means the doors are still open for business.
Even if its sold completely, Guilo still needs to do his job for the new owners, assuming they keep him on; and if they don't; then he still needs to do his job.
BHP, RIO, Vale etc's marketing departments don't close down when they sign a contract do they?
