I think on top of the marketing purposes, these conferences would have been booked well in advance, could be months before the conferences are actually held. This means at the time the conferences were booked, there was still no firm agreement in place yet. A good example is the announcement of the off-take agreement. It was announced on the same day (almost same time) the presentation was presented, but the conference would have been booked well before then.
Although the tender for rail & port is closed and the tender for mine is to close in April. SDL Board is still negotiating with all parties concerned to conclude the deals. So they should not stopped marketing our resources at least until we have got all the signed agreements in our pocket.
Just my opinion.
