So a company with good tenements and expected to have 3600 million shares will (post consolidation and capital raising it will have 360 million shares) have a market cap of $1.8 billion? Production will be nil, but why should this matter.

Wow. And all this by Christmas? My request from Santa is for EPE (and PRE if possible) to both be at 50 cents by Christmas 08.
