    The reason for there not being any sellers is that it is tightly held, but this is only part of the reason, the other factors are that it is only those who got in on the ground floor who would hold at prices at, or lower, than today's - so why would any one sell, also, as some of the other punters are starting to notice, it is a company with some very strong assets, all be it in the ground. Again, why would you sell. The only reason it went to 4.2c was that there was no demand and the trickle of fire sales that any share would suffer from, meant it was sold down. The central holders are few and big - there will be no fire sale from them and for good reasons.

    The issue is capital and my guess is that they will sell something to raise the capital to move other projects forward, no question in my mind that this is the strategy. The MD told me some time ago that they would prefer not to issue shares, he did not want any dillution if it was avoidable.
