For the last 15 or 20 minutes there was 4060 (bot) shares going through on the minute. The size of each parcel (say a couple 100k combined) suggests to me under the radar distribution being attempted. On top of that the ascending triangle formation is not looking terribly flash at the moment. I suppose that is why you wait for confirmation before wading in.
