A large buy order is design to support the price at that level, a large sell is design to hold the sp down.
This low volume is a bit concerning, the volume is way too low. First hr and not even 100k shares traded, at this rate we will be well below 1mil for the day.
Something is not right for a stock that average 100m shares pr month.
