Help me out here.
My way of thinking is that with the T20 holding about 63% stock, which is a very healthy % to have for any company, but maybe they have enough. Perhaps the top 40 hold 80%. Perhaps (I know a lot of perhaps) the top 100 hold 85%. Who wants to buy?
As someone said, perhaps no one wants to sell?
