I'm afraid It takes more than work, passion and mindset for an exploration director to become a miner. I'm sorry but I don't think it's as simple as throwing a switch.
No doubt I'll be getting a flurry of thumbs down but before you take a big sigh as you swing the hammer, just consider the change in the THX board prior to the commencement of mining,
Now I'm not saying that Matt is not up to the task but I will point out that he does not have the necessary experience. This to me would be far worse that the appointment of the 5 in-house staff who replaced Sten recently.
