Lower lows allow cheaper buy ins. Just so long as the company pays its bills and moves forward on the long term goals it will work itself out. The fact that they can raise $3 million easily enough will in a further improving euro market allow for further raising when and if required.

Patience seems to be in short supply. Large projects can take years to get going... 7,8 9 + years.

Liking the lower lows for future larger gains.
