You mention that div. yield is 18.5% (historical). My guess is that dividends will be suspended for a period. To my mind it is the only prudent thing to do. NWH needs (in the current environment) to keep it's powder dry as the going could get even tougher. It is dog eat dog in this sector at the present and that is unlikely to change for a considerable time. The directors won't want to bite into their cash to pay a dividend and I expect will decide, if they are prepared to use some cash, to reduce debt rather than pay a dividend. Getting new contracts is what it is all about at present for NWH as that gives the much needed ongoing cashflow.
Today was an up day for the market but the SP of NWH didn't go with the flow, which is indicative of what the MS sector is facing.
