BM, I believe the small trades are just "bots" from "developing mines funds" that track a group of mining shares.
As investors buy & sell the fund, so it too has to buy or sell small parcels of shares in each stock to keep the fund up to date.

Just be patient, when the greedy investment world out there finds out BCI is receiving huge amounts of cash for its 3-5MT/yr IO sales, the SP will take off like rocket leaving us all shocked and kicking ourselves that we didn't buy more BCI shares when the price was low!!
