Wouldn't it be something if the United States DoD put in a 300 Million dollar or more order for Scandium and Cobalt? I couldn't find the text, but the new DoD funding law authorizes the Unite States Pentagon to actually pay ABOVE current market rates for the minerals it deems critical..... as the law recognizes that China is very good at "crashing prices" of commodities to keep other countries "out of the market".....
