I would say there is no movement in discussions with potential offtake partners. Mngt change tactic to get the refinery placed in the US to access (throw their hat in the ring) for the IRA pot of cash. If say they are granted $1 - 500 mil (total guestimate), that would be far more attractive to a potential partner as opposed to having to front up with 1b + just to get started.

I am not expecting any news on offtake/partner agreements, etc, until we see if this refinery is feasible and the US is giving us cash. I would assume mngt will give an update on US refinery AND a fluffy announcement about meeting the conditions for the IRA cash. So, that's what I'm looking for in these quarterlys. Until then, I feel nothing much will change. Down she goes.
