The kaolin looks interesting as you say. I can see they do actually make a big mention of the recently acquired Kaolin project in the last annual report and also in the last quarterly.
Their overall project portfolio doesn't look too bad actually, some of the gold results look okay and market cap just $9m with just over $2m cash.
Please note that the following pic is not an AX8 asset, but a Kaolin project in Wickepin a bit further north of the AX8 Tambellup project.
