I guess it's always possible that a couple of insiders know of some disappointing information and decided to dump so many shares they either drove the price down over 10% by themselves or triggered a sell off and will now just hope nobody notices. Or it could have something to do with selling pressure due to the 12 odd million 20c options that will be exercised over the coming week.
Personally, I think the latter is more likely but I guess we will see over the next two weeks.
