I consider inside trading is dealing in the stock before price sensitive information is being announced. Question is: What is price sensitive in current stockmarket environments. You are missing the point which is that based upon current public information the stock price is low and shares should be bought. Any announcement will add to the SP, so go for the opportunity that is yours and buy at current levels before any announcement has been made.
