I would say it is due to the shale drilling program as all the focus seems to be on this and nothing else. This is part of the reason beach is such a good buy, is that they are not giving any real value to the underlying business and the continued success they have had in the western flank in the conventional side of the business.
But hopefully one day soon the value of the conventional and unconventional value of beach will be realized!!
