Have a look at the spike in volume at 12:40. Not displeased to have snuck an order through for 90,000 @ 1.53! Guessing Powell has spooked marklet indicating he is will to continue to use the tools at his disposal, Pleased to also hear him say he will monitor situation so future interest rate increases are not guaranteed.
