Great question. It certainly crossed my mind. My thoughts are
1) MNS still have a number of show stopper risks that these Chinese companies are no willing to take ie obtaining mining license and/or
2) Mining is not their core business and they dont have the necessary expertise or experience to own and run the mine. Its better to focus on what your good at
Finally it would be really hard to value the company at this stage of development. Thats why we have such different market caps between the potential superpits
