You beat me on the number crunching..... I just stated my opinion why people aren't investing.....and the price is drifting lower. The Capex funding blow-out is an indication of bad financial projections. However, if it was out of their pocket solely they would be broke( or they may have made it work), but we are paying for their mistakes sending us poorer and they have picked up pay cheques along the way.
