    Well in there defence, CAPEX blowouts have been industry wide for all large projects. Can anyone here name a single project >$ 1 billion, that was developed of the last 4 years, that was developed on budget?

    Sandfire's copper project comes to mind, but it was well below $1 billion in CAPEX.

    BHP, RIO etc have all faced the CAPEX blowouts.
