    More heavy selling at the close.

    I am surprised CER is falling so quickly after being relatively stable for weeks.

    I assumed there would be fewer daytraders and short term holders in this stock and it would therefore be more resiliant to volatility as the deadline approaches.

    With Fridays big falls and an additional 3% of value lost today I was wrong!
