Here's my 2cents as to reasons for the new Low:

1. Usual Friday afternoon dump. Held nicely until about 2pm
2. Volatility
3. Expected price degradation approaching December 15
4. T + 1 traders needing to sell (not T + 3)
5. Bankruptcy

In short, it's just the way CER moved today.

Whoever said Orbis could be selling is incorrect. They are a value investor. This is their strategy and their mandate. They will not trade tactically with CER, particularly since they are obviously nad publically accumulating. Their clients and their IMD wouldn't allow it.
