That explains how the Warrant works, the exercise price of $0.72 applies per HDR share not per Warrant.
I agree that it does provide good leverage, however my gut feeling based on how HDR has behaved prior to previous drillings is that it could drift below $1.50 by June expiry, and even if it does not the real mover for the sp will be a sucessful drilling anouncement which will be Oct(?) at the earliest.
In any event I am hoping for a sp that builds up over several years to $5?? or a takeover at a hefty premium. Therefore I cant see much alternative to holding the stock, and topping up on the dips.
