    Well said. Lew family sold out of WRT and how can they dictate terms to security holders? Its a fun and game for Lowy which we Investors can't afford to play. VOTE NO..
    But I am not clear in understanding his threat to go ahead without WRT. Is it legal, practical, fair to WRT?
