The whole point of the announcement was for BEPPA holders to panic sell. Cornerstone (or their holding company/broker/whatever) needs to be holding enough units to negate Lowy at least. They need 7% of BEPPA for that and there's no way they got enough on this morning's action.
Watch for another downbeat release from BBI on Tuesday. I'd like to see BEPPA holders really stick it to the cornerstone investor by purchasing and hold them off the market for now.
