NO: Not Loyal. Would NOT participate in any form of equity capital raising. SSN management has NOT delivered any shareholder value.

FOR NON-SHAREHOLDERS

BUY - shares appear to be a good buy now (i.e. BEFORE the $1M short term loan is converted and the Convertible note is done i.e. before DynEvolve owns 50%)

WAIT - will need to see what the DynEvolve and recapitalization plan is first before I would buy.
