no... im only correcting the outdated and inaccurate dd you had ref the article as you seemed to have missed it. I was not referring to smm and the 3pl limit as i agree they have the option to rescind a tenement. That would allow them to reapply. I dont think they will as they do not have any saa for kolosori. Again I was only commenting on the reffered article portion of the post mate.
