loyalty options date and atl1103 results

Hi - long term holder but rarely post.

Would we expect to have ATL1103 results published prior to the loyalty offer take up closing on the 16/12 ?

My initial thoughts are if the results are good then we could see an early announcement, however would be strange if the share price is already above the $0.27 options target.

Is there any precedent with other stocks where the options are in the money prior to the offer closing ?

What if the results are not good ? Would the company delay an announcement to after the close ?
