    Interesting parallels Gas, with this ISIS study.

    The main target was to reduce Triglycerides, also produced in the liver, to normalized levels.

    In healthy patients with normalised levels ISIS' drug reduced these levels by 44% (in a 4 week trial).

    In the latest Ph 2 with patients having above normal levels, they managed to reduce it by 71% (in a 13 week trial).

    Another aspect to ponder while we wait.
