Easiest thing in the world once you understand. Let me explain. City View apartments with balconies have a 4c option. 4c has a BBQ & roller security blinds. Some tenants are talking about taking their 4c apartments & adding a 15c apartment (I think they take the walls down in between 4c & 15c apartments) & converting them into time share apartments. There has been no mention of holidays though. Apparently the building administrator (someone called smythe) is busy securing oil heating & gold flooring for a few lucky owners. Yes the apartments are in Cameroon & thereabouts, no need to worry about deepest darkest Africa though all amenties are available. Mr Smythe even said transportation will be no problem, there are very expensive prestige cars available everywhere you look & apparently it's like the bikes in Amsterdam you just drive whatever!! Now surely that's clarified that. ----What was the question?
