Sounds good, but I am a little fussy at times about such things...

1. I prefer my heating to be oil, but I do like the ambience of a gas lantern.

2. Last place had faulty plumbing...I insist on quality copper fittings on all plumbing fixtures.

3. Not interested in knocking down walls...I would prefer to go up!

4. Does the "body corporate" have the right incentive to ensure proactive management of the rental arrangements...I am a strong believer in good commissions bringing in a full book!

5. Are the neighbours trustworthy...not sure I want to share a building with noisy neighbours who leave their mess everywhere when they come and go.

6. Are the landlords any good...this is critical...preferably they also live in the same building.

7. Will my City View ever be obscured...or even lost entirely...due to future developments.

8. Is there under cover parking?

9. I must have a shrubbery.

10. Has there been sighted anyone in a cape running around the building...I have heard stories of such a person hanging around some of my previous time-share apartments.

If these simple requests can be met, I may consider an inspection.
