I agree that news should be given when it is available, and clearly in this case the market was informed about the options issue prematurely.

I got an update from the company this morning:

"In regards to the Entitlements Issue, we are still waiting on the US lawyers to finalise documentation to ensure that our US shareholders are able to take up their entitlements.

In regards to the US Telco, we are unable to name the group until we receive sign off from their internal team. Given the size of the Telco, this has taken more time than we would have liked."
