I have made very clear that my hope is for the loyalty options to have the lowest strike price.
Having said this, management will be hoping for a greater strike price than that currently projected.
If I was in the management team, I would use loyalty options again as a means of increasing the registry and supporting loyal holders of the ARL stock.
I would do one part of the process differently, award the options without notice to all loyal holders.
This will serve to remove manipulation of the stock for maximum gain.
