Loyalty Options, page-142

Newby question, any advice appreciated.
As a newby I'm still not familiar with options, but am reading and learning as I go. As at 24/02 I held 2,500 shares and sold 1,600 not long after. Currently holding 900 @ an avg of .605. Small I know, but would still like to understand the principal behind options that are not exercised.

My question is I am not likely to exercise these options, and have read they are Transferable. From what I understand ARL benefits from the options being exercised, so are these options better off in the hands of someone who will use them for the betterment of the company, and can I transfer them for nil value? I am not wanting to make a profit on them.

I am holding other shares at much higher values, so would appreciate any feedback to help on my journey of discovery.
