You mentioned warrants, I guess you should know how this loyalty options work.
For example,
You are holding 30,000 ARL shares on the record date, and 5 day VWAP $1 prior the record date.
You will receive 10,000 options (exercise price $1.25 expires in 12 months) for free under 1:3 loyalty option scheme.
The free loyalty options are likely to be listed as ARLO, which can be freely traded as the head, ARL.
