Correct me if I'm wrong. But someone mentioned earlier that it would be better that stock is low when deciding price for options, at lease for shareholders.
But regardless high or low price for options the company has a strong incentive to keep a higher stockprice after, because if the price of the stock is lower than the decided price for options, they will most likely not be exercised and bring money to ARL.
