Unsure what platform you use, but if with Commsec (i'm sure other platforms have similiar functions) take the following steps once you have exercised the options and received your holding statement from the registry.
- Click on 'Portfolio' then click on your balance.
- Click on the 'Transfers' tab.
- Enter your SRN (supplied on your holding statement), Code: ARL, and how many shares.
Once this is done, they should appear in your account within 2-3 days (mine did anyway).
