    From memory, Ardea was also having trouble raising funds in the beginning. Loyalty options were offered as an additional carrot.

    Certain people seem to have forgotten that the share price was in the 50s when the option price was set. Can't really blame the company for the share price exceeding expectations (and it's only dilutive if you don't own them).
