5.8 Loyalty Options Subject to completion of the Offer and listing on the ASX, it is the Company’s present intention that it will undertake a pro rata non-renounceable entitlement issue of Options to existing Shareholders that are registered as members of the 5400-01/2750207_14 36 Company on or about the date which is 3 months from the date that the Company’s Shares are admitted to trading on the Official List. These Options would be offered under a separate prospectus and it is proposed that, for nil or a nominal issue price per Option, one Option will be granted for every two Shares held by eligible Shareholders on the record date (other than Shares held by Shareholders with a registered address outside of Australia or New Zealand). It is expected that the Options will be exercisable at $0.30 each with an expiry date approximately two years from the date of issue of the Options.
