    If one subscribes for the max allowed ( as I have done ) @ $14175.00 for 2,180,769 shares plus the 1/5 loyalty shares total equals 2,616,923 ave price .005416 , now that is a pretty good considered punt if nothing else. As NTL has said the SPP in not the only funding option that they have at present.
