    Cheap is the optimal word Chil. A desperate attempt to use suffering shareholders to bump up sub numbers in the short term and more excuses about its poor financial performance. If I had a dollar for every time their CEO said they were about to ramp up RMA marketing, I could probably buy the entire company.
