There are strong historic links with Dubai and cornerstone investors hold positions in Loyyal there - so there's a probability it could turn into something.

I have reached out to the local players (David J, Eugene L and Philip S) but they remain tight lipped regarding RFN. Have been told they can't discuss anything happening at a local level that isn't already public knowledge due to market rules! So silence on one had and market noise on the other...
