Looks great on paper.....but time could be a major issue provided this gets up and going.
Not sure what amount needs to be reached or stipulated by lending bodies to put towards project, but would need to be a large amount i would think.
No company just reels in say up to 50 million in the blink of an eye, so to reach this amount could take at least a few more years.
In addition to the three years lost securing finance......so could be a very long road ahead.
I feel shareholders may need to be aware of this.
