Done nothing in the three years to suggest otherwise, nor is the market bracing itself for significant news either.
My tip is they will have a well earned breather over Xmas and drag this well into the next year. If a pen ever gets put to paper.
And that is highly speculative too.
A junket in the UAE and nothing much more from what i can gather so far.
