Hi @rocketman. At the AGM which can be reviewed via zoom link from Automic, Joe mentions sunset clause twice. Second is 1.08 into video 17Nov22 the termination of contract with Jing Way (how it sounds) for stock piles and he states that after that date the ore is unencumbered.
The first use of sunset clause at 1.03 into presentation he states that LPD has a confidential agreement, sunset date 31Dec23, to give us the confidence to say that a funding structure and a degree of commitment will be in place by end of quarter.
