That is extremely disappointing to say the least.
Yet if I was to say more, DFC still need the AD entity before finishing DD, so a decision for US$50M and under doesn’t need DFC board approval.
I guess to garner more information that could prove definitively detrimental to DFC funding for LPD, would be: How much money for loans do DFC have for the 2024 year ??
If it’s more than 3.3bil $ , LPD still may have the ability to gain financing through this avenue.

I feel your hurt, in fact IMO I would say most if not all LTH feels the hurt of another missed goal.
