When you're selling a house in a sellers market and have multiple interested and qualified parties, what do you do? -
You set a reserve and take it to auction.
I see this Traxys development as very similar to PLS' BMX auctions, albeit with less parties (qualified) invited into the room given it is a refined end-product specialty chemical rather than just an upstream spodumene concentrate.
Goal - Maximise revenue for future organic growth.
