Come on now mate. I thought we resolved this.
Look at it this way. Instead of holding 100,000 shares in a 1B SoI company. Your holding 600,000 shares in a 6B SoI company.
LPD probably considered a consolidation at some point but realised its just an unnecessary accountancy, ASIC and ASX cost.
If tomorrow they said we are consolidating 10 shares into 1 LPD share.
- Management hasnt changed
- Market cap hasnt changed
- Process moving forward hasnt changed.
It would fix your worries about SoI with no actual material impact to the company.
Again I ask you to please point out why SoI are actually an issue.
An if you say they will do more Capital Raises im gonna have to put a sock in your mouth as this isnt a SoI it would be deemed a future CRs issue
